We are looking for a friendly, personable and well presented individual to join our client, a successful professional firm based in Amersham.
Working 9am - 5pm, Mon to Fri, the successful candidate will provide a warm, welcoming first impression to clients and visitors.
Duties include
* Answer all external calls in a confident, courteous, and polite manner
* Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies required in the reception area
* Providing refreshments for clients/meetings
* Liaise with and respond to emails from all clients (internal and external) in a prompt and professional manner
* Scanning all incoming mail to the client management system
* Arrange deliveries via external couriers
* Taking card payments from clients either in person or over the phone
* Assist with preparation and organisation of documents
* Overseeing all emails coming into our info@ mailbox and forwarding into the correct recipient.
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
* Overseeing facilities within the office and reporting to the necessary departments
* Monitor visitor access and always maintain security awareness and confidentiality
* Provide general clerical and administrative support
* Managing meeting room bookings using our online system
Skills/Experience
1. Experience in a similar role
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook...
