Deputy Manager – Responsibilities
* Supporting the Registered Manager in day‑to‑day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care
* Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities including Sefton County Council
* Assist in the responsibility of staff, to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
* Embedding strong leadership, culture and accountability across the branch
* To ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively, implementing inductions and onboarding processes
* Identifying opportunities for business growth across private and NHS referral streams
* Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and improving governance processes
* Covering on‑call duties
Deputy Manager – Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
* Experience in supporting a domiciliary care business
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
* Experience in digital systems
