We're seeking a trailblazing CMO to lead company's marketing vision while actively architecting AI-powered strategies. This is not a typical marketing leadership role, it demands a leader who can combine creative storytelling, growth strategy, and technical depth in the AI technology stack.
All marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and media activations will be conceived, executed, and optimized using a variety of AI tools and platforms. You will work closely with our product, AI engineering, and data teams to ensure company's marketing is as innovative as the technology we build.

* Lead transformative, AI-first marketing initiatives, designing and deploying campaigns that leverage generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation to deliver measurable growth.
* Full-Stack Martech Authority.
* Architect and operate a modern AI-driven marketing technology stack. Vet, pilot, and integrate AI tools for creative generation, personalization, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
* Campaign Development Using AI.
* Ensure that all brand, product, and media campaigns are developed and executed using various AI platforms, from creative ideation to audience segmentation, media buying, and performance tracking.
* Strategic Growth & Brand Stewardship.
* Build a brand that inspires globally, using AI-enhanced storytelling and data-driven insights to shape messaging and expand market reach.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration.
* Partner with AI, data, and product teams to align marketing activities with company's innovation roadmap and product vision.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Deep AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, generative AI, NLP, recommender systems) in a marketing context.
* Proven Martech Expertise: Ability to design and manage AI-powered marketing ecosystems.
* Campaign AI Execution: Demonstrated success in building and running campaigns entirely through AI-driven creative, targeting, and optimization tools.
* Creative + Analytical: Skilled in combining human storytelling with machine intelligence to produce engaging and effective campaigns.
* Leadership Track Record: 15+ years in marketing leadership within tech-forward organizations, ideally AI or SaaS companies.
