Manage and grow digital audiences, supporting fan engagement and commercial objectives. Lead on CRM strategy and database optimisation to improve targeting and insights. Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using data to shape future activity. Collaborate across marketing, commercial, and content teams — plus external agencies. Contribute to digital innovation by evaluating emerging tools and technologies. What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role (sports, gaming, or e-commerce experience ideal). Hands-on knowledge of CRM, SEO, paid media, and email marketing. Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of delivering insight-led results. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Degree or qualification in marketing/digital marketing (plus relevant certifications a bonus).
