Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join its client's dedicated team within a Special School setting in Kingston & Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with diverse needs, supporting their independence, participation, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to create tailored therapy plans.
* Recommend and prescribe specialist equipment and adaptations to support functional independence in the school environment.
* Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and provide clear, evidence‑based reports.
* Support staff training and development to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
* Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure outcomes remain child‑centred and effective.
* Competitive hourly rate of £37.11.

Qualifications & Experience
* HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience.
* Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor skills development, and functional assessments in children.
* Experience working in schools, community, or paediatric healthcare settings.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to inclusive practice.
* Free DBS and compliance service.
