Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Caister-on-Sea.
As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your role will involve supporting a diverse group of people with unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options:
All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
There is also a non-contractual sleep-in shift available, with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
