Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zongteng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross- border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 10+ warehouses in the UK and business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone and Alfreton.
The Opportunity
This role is designed as a fast-track operations management pathway for high-potential graduates and early-career professionals.
You will gain structured exposure across multiple warehouse functions including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Aftersales, developing the operational, analytical, and leadership capabilities required for future supervisory and management roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, sorting, and processing customer orders
* Supporting daily operations across different warehouse departments
* Assisting Warehouse Team Leaders and Managers with operational coordination
* Communicating effectively across departments to ensure efficiency
* Contributing to process improvement and operational compliance
* Undertaking additional operational tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Strong Analytical Skills to assess logistics processes and implement improvements
* Eligible to work full-time in the UK. (Visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates, subject to business requirements.)
* Educated to Bachelor's degree level
* A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English
* Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly desirable (due to coordination with HQ in China)
* Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
* Interested in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
* Flexible with working hours and able to work overtime when required
* Willing to relocate within Europe for future career development opportunities (working visa sponsorship can be provided where applicable)
