Job Description
Reed Technology is working with an established company with offices in Larbert and Lockerbie, currently seeking to hire a 3rd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring the helpdesk and resolving IT issues efficiently
* Following ticket escalation procedures
* Administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune and hybrid cloud environments
* Maintaining and developing IT documentation and internal knowledge base
* Liaising with third-party vendors, managed service providers, and internal stakeholders
* Handling some 1st and 2nd line tickets as required
* Procuring hardware and software when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Ideally 5 years of IT experience in helpdesk or technical roles.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, and basic networking (VLANs, switching, firewalls).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to mentor junior engineers.
* Experience with hardware/software support, mobile devices, and security compliance.
* Full UK driving license.
* Ability to work 3 days per week in Larbert and 2 days in Lockerbie.
