You need to be confident in checking and challenging any risk you may identify at any point in the process, and ensure you are priotising your work effectively. To excel within this role, you will need to be adaptable, tenacious, and organised. This is not a devleopment opportunity, you will need first hand compliance monitoring experience to be considered for this role. What you’ll be working on: Monitoring and analysing operational functions, against relevant rules and regulations Identifying areas of improvement, to support our culture of continuous improvement Planning of monitoring activities, and designing the annual compliance monitoring plan Conducting comprehensive assessments of real customer journeys Writing reports to share with relevant stakeholders, identifying any issues or trends and making recommendations Delivering fully maintained work programmes Completing investigations on suspicious activity We are looking for someone with: A basic understanding of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a regulator Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business, both verbally and in writing Customer focused with ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships A proven track record of building and developing effective working relationships Previous experience in a conduct risk, compliance monitoring and / or call quality role What happens next?
