This fantastic food brand is looking for an energetic and experienced Brand Manager, who wants to join a fast-paced, friendly and collaborative team to make a real difference to a business. You will become instrumental in growing brand awareness & penetration, forging strong relationships with consumers and ensuring that the brand reaches as many people as possible. You will enjoy working with lots of autonomy but in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Marketing Director, responsible for 360 brand plan and implementation
* Own all content development and community management: Media, Influencers, Brand Partnerships & Community
* Brand Activation: Lead and implement best in class consumer activation plans
* Analyse and report on brand performance
* Deliver NPD and create effective go to market plans which will include customer sell in decks, packaging and communications
* Portfolio performance and review to keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition
Qualifications
* FMCG brand management experience is essential for this role, to know the customer/grocery channels as well as work with consumer insight and data
* An appreciation of working in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment
* Previous experience of creating content and working with media influencers
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical
* Able to work with plenty of initiative
