Role Overview
Join B&Q as a Sales Team Manager. In this role you will drive sales across our showroom and TradePoint departments, manage a team of sales professionals, and ensure that every customer receives the best advice and service.
Responsibilities
* Lead the store sales team, providing coaching, support and performance management.
* Maintain daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and compliance with legal and safety standards.
* Deliver news, updates, and feedback to direct reports and the wider store team.
* Support customers with product knowledge and design solutions for kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.
* Implement trade relationships and provide an excellent experience for trade customers.
* Drive store profitability and meet sales targets in a fast‑moving retail environment.
* Encourage and develop team members to progress into leadership positions.
Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum, plus bonus.
