45 hours per week, working on a 3 shift rotating pattern. Shifts: 6am–3pm, 2pm–11pm or 11pm–6am, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours to suit business needs.

About the role
As Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll lead and support the team to keep operations running safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll be hands-on in ensuring stock is handled correctly, orders are picked with accuracy, and our people have the right support to perform at their best. If you’re an experienced warehouse leader with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development, this is your chance to play a key role in delivering great service to our customers every day.
If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the warehouse operations during the shifts (ensure orders are picked accurately and on time, inbound, replenishment, and outbound).
* Check for picking accuracy and breakages with investigations where necessary.
* Ensure safe handling of kegs, bottles and other heavy or fragile items.
* Manage and develop a team of warehouse operatives and forklift drivers.
* Oversee proper use of equipment (forklifts, PPT) and complete regular safety checks.
* Conduct daily shift briefings, allocating resources based on workload and priorities.
* Monitor performance, handle absence/disciplinary issues, and foster a safe, motivated, and efficient team environment.
* Work closely with the transport and office teams to ensure smooth operations and meet site objectives.
* Maintain health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Ensure warehouse cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in line with Health & Safety regulations.
Experience and Key Attributes
* IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
* Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.
* Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG.
* FLT licence (desirable) and experience (essential).
* Manual handling, customer service.
