Are you an experienced Transfer Pricing specialist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected professional services firm known for its forward‑thinking approach, collaborative culture and commitment to developing its people.
Working within a growing national Transfer Pricing team, you'll play a key role in advising multinational groups across a wide range of sectors. Your New Role
As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will take ownership of a varied and technically challenging portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and developing long‑term client relationships
2. Leading end‑to‑end delivery of transfer pricing engagements, including scoping, project management, delivery and billing
3. Supporting Partners and Directors with business development, proposals and winning new work
4. Training, mentoring and developing junior team members
5. Applying deep technical expertise to deliver high‑quality, commercially focused advice
6. Contributing to internal initiatives, continuous improvement and your own professional development
7. Acting with integrity and in line with the firm's values
You'll be joining a team that supports clients across the full transfer pricing lifecycle - from design and implementation to documentation, compliance and audit defence.
What You'll Need to Succeed
8. A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, CA, CFA, law qualification or equivalent)
9. Post‑qualification experience in transfer pricing, either in practice or industry
10. Strong technical knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidelines
11. Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic, business‑focused solutions
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
13. Strong analytical capability and the confidence to lead complex projects
14. A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for developing yourself and others
