Legacy Partnerships Manager (Scotland, Northern Ireland, and North-East England)
Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum (+ Benefits)
Department: Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement
Reports to: Legacy Partnerships Team Leader
Location: Home-based / Field based covering Scotland, Northern Ireland and North-East England. Candidates must be based in Scotland or North-East England. Valid driving licence required; travel across the region as necessary.
Hours: 35 hours per week (compressed hours available)
Contract type: Permanent

Our team works with around 800 offices across the UK, empowering legal professionals to speak about legacy giving and our life‑saving research.
This flexible home‑based role will require regular travel within your division to meet legal professionals.
What you will do
* Identify, develop and manage relationships with solicitors and wills writing firms.
* Deliver a seamless end‑to‑end supporter journey for professional audiences through outstanding relationship management.
* Use data to derive value insights about partner performance, recommend improvements and explore opportunities to deepen partnerships.
* Deliver regional activity for legal professionals, including regular partnership review meetings and CPD events.
* Support the wider team in developing the Legacy Professional Partnership strategy.
Required skills and experience
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to secure quick buy‑in and collaborate effectively.
* Ability to understand, translate and use data to drive strategic decisions.
* Proven ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, creating connections to achieve results.
* Proven ability to identify and build on new opportunities.
* Flexible approach to manage ambiguity and changing environments.
