Salary Banding: £24,500 to £28,000
Location: Itec House, Cardiff
Contract type: Full-time, permanent.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners.
2. Providing a quality learning experience and journey.
3. Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.
4. Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of agreed performance targets.
What skills and experience are we looking for in potential applicants?
Essential criteria:
1. Occupational experience within the CYP sector.
2. Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
3. A1 Assessor Award or equivalent qualification.
Desirable criteria:
1. City & Guilds 9300 Level 2 in supporting adults and young people in essential skills (or willing to work towards).
2. Experience of Work-Based Learning.
3. Assessor experience.
4. Apprenticeship delivery experience with the route of delivery.
5. ESW Communication Level 2.
6. ESW Application of Number Level 2.
7. Experience with delivering apprenticeship qualifications.
8. Welsh speaking.
