Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
3. Advising a large corporate client on property asset management work
4. Looking after a caseload of property work including lease renewals, grant of leases, renewals, assignments and terminations.
5. Providing strategic advice to clients on property law
6. Work closely with the client and IT professionals to make sure the legal work is delivered to a high service
7. Support junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the legal department.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have / be;
8. A qualification as a solicitor with a focus on commercial property law ideally around 5 years PQE
9. Strong experience in handling commercial property transactions / asset management work
10. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
11. A interest to work in managed legal services
