WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR HIGHLY MOTIVATED, KID-CENTRIC, ASPIRING EDUCATORS & COACHES
Rate of Pay: $17.00 - $18.75/hour
As a Lil’ Volley's coach, you will provide fun, friendly, and structured weekly classes for children from kindergarten through 8th grade. You will lead kids through various volleyball activities and games that promote their development while ensuring a safe and creative learning environment. Coaches should be professional, excellent communicators, organized, capable of managing children's behaviors, team players, enthusiastic, energetic, and of course, FUN.

Accountabilities
* Greet customers, welcome participants, and deliver an engaging on-field experience each week.
* Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
* Follow safety guidelines outlined for Lil’ Volley's programming.
* Act as a Lil’ Volley’s brand ambassador during customer interactions.
* Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
* Attend work each day with a positive attitude and readiness for the day’s challenges.
* Follow the weekly curriculum and adhere to the lesson plan.
* Participate in ongoing coach training throughout the season.
* Maintain consistent shifts throughout each season.
* Make customer care calls as needed.
Abilities, Attributes, and Experience
* Entry level position; no prior coaching experience required. Training will be provided.
* Must be available to work during scheduled shifts.
* Commit to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
* Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and parents.
* Aim to retain at least 50% of children coached each session.
* Approach each day with a positive attitude.
