We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Digital Design Technician to join a modern and bespoke laboratory set in the stunning West Sussex Countryside.
You will have access to the latest digital technology and work alongside an already great team. You will be hard working, flexible and organised with an eye for exceptional detail and with previous experience working in a Dental Laboratory. You will need to have good spoken English and a keen desire to progress and learn.
This position requires strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities. You will need to be proficient in 3Shape and/or exocad. Ability to work to deadlines producing exceptional quality bespoke pieces.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Dental Technician to join a modern and bespoke laboratory set in the stunning West Sussex Countryside. You will have access to the latest digital technology and work alongside an already great team. You will be hard working, flexible and organised, have good spoken English and a keen desire to progress and learn.
This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities. You need to be proficient in 3Shape and/or exocad. Ability to work to deadlines producing exceptional quality bespoke pieces.
Typical work activities
The role varies according to the needs of the business, but activities typically include:
All aspects of Crown and Bridge designing / scanning / Milling / Printing using 3Shape and Exocad
The ability to work within the lab as needed for:
Finishing of Monolithic Restorations and Zirconia).
Finishing of Gold/CoCr Crowns.
Preparing metal work for Porcelain Bonded Restorations.
Pressing of e.max Restorations.
Nesting/Milling/Sintering of Zirconia/Wax/PMMA Restorations.
Communication with Clients as required
To be committed to ongoing development:
Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and implementing changes
Update job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities
Complete CPD and maintain a record of all accredited hours and certificates for review
* Any other duties appropriate to the post and the needs of the Business
Skills/Qualifications
* Qualified in Dental Technology.
* Proficient in 3D Printing beneficial.
* Photography experience with shade taking beneficial but not essential.
* Must be fully experienced in either or both Exocad / 3Shape software.
* All aspects of Crown and Bridge designing / scanning / Milling / Printing.
* Experience within a commercial private dental laboratory.
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* A commitment to the aims and values of the Bosham Dental Laboratory
Desirable
* GDC Registration.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
