Business Development : Focus on winning new clients and expanding your network. Candidate Placement : Source and place candidates in a variety of sales roles within the manufacturing and engineering industry. Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.
