Assembler

Role : Assembler Location : Stafford Rate : £13 - £14/hour PAYE Duration : 3 months We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Technician to join a busy manufacturing team. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, you will assemble and inspect complex products to meet quality, safety and production targets. Key Responsibilities: Assemble products to specification and quality standards. Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Carry out inspections and quality checks throughout the build process. Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good teamwork and communication skills. Mechanical or electrical assembly experience is advantageous.
