Customer Assistant - Cafe - Edinburgh Kinnaird. Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our café, where you'll champion our delightful food and drink offerings, offers, and services. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in knowledge of the latest food and drink trends and are eager to share it with customers.
You'll be a brand ambassador ready to recommend and promote our café menu. Through remarkable service you’ll ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

Responsibilities
* Be digitally confident. Use our digital tools (digital menus and in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience and help them get what they want.
* Maintain efficiency and high standards in food safety and hygiene; work hard and go above and beyond every day.
* Be a team player, create an inclusive café environment, and support colleagues and customers.
* Be flexible to work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.
* Serve and sell across channels and deliver excellent customer service.

* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
