Position: Business Development Executive Location: Lisburn & Surrounding Areas Salary: £40,000 + commission OTE of £90k Are you a driven AV sales professional looking to work with cutting-edge technology in the intelligent building space? At OKTO Integrated Services you will be working within a well-established and highly skilled team of specialists to help achieve our collective vision of becoming the UK and Irelands largest specialist contractor. The Role We are looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on selling intelligent audio-visual (AV) solutions to both end-users and contractors across UK, Ireland and Europe. This is a new business-focused role that will suit a proactive and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a high paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities within key verticals such as: commercial, residential and hospitality. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and end-users Work closely with the internal technical and design teams to deliver tailored AV solutions Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Represent the company at industry shows and networking events.
