Main Duties To assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, to help prepare, produce and present food to the agreed standards. To assist the Chef de Partie in the daily running of a section Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene To help organise the resources within the kitchen Manage wastage through correct product measurement, portion control and preparation techniques Use ingredients, equipment and supplies responsibly to minimise waste and support cost control. Support efficient kitchen operations through good organisation, preparation and time management.
