is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Head of Safety and Compliance to lead and enhance our safety culture across all operational and training activities. This is a pivotal role within our organisation, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a robust safety management system.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Safety & Compliance Department.
* Lead and manage the Audit Plans.
* Conduct internal audits and audits of sub-contractor organisations.
* Oversee the management of audit findings.
* Prepare and analyse compliance monitoring performance data.
* Provide expert advice on compliance issues across the company.
* Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
* Champion a safety-first culture throughout the organisation.
* Lead investigations and root cause analysis of findings.
* Manage hazard identification and risk assessments.
* Monitor and report on Safety Performance Indicators.
* Develop and deliver relevant safety training.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience
* Strong understanding of CAA/EASA regulations and management systems.
* Trained auditor with experience in internal audits.
* Experience in safety investigations (trained investigator).
* Proficient in use of Centrik.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Located within commuting distance of Biggin Hill (or willing to relocate).
