Role: Health Advisor Results Assistant - Fixed Term
The role focuses on result management, including contacting patients, reviewing results, and sending reminders for patient recalls. It also involves identifying any errors or discrepancies in results or patient data and promptly bringing these to the attention of the senior team for appropriate action.
Responsibilities
 * Contact patients and review test results as part of the result management process.
 * Send reminders for patient recalls and follow-up as required.
 * Identify errors or discrepancies in results or patient data and escalate to the senior team for action.
 * Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, relatives, team leaders, and members of the multi-professional team using appropriate communication methods.
 * Adapt communication methods for patients with sensory impairments (e.g., hearing loss, speech difficulties) with support from Registered Practitioners as required.
 * Work as an effective team member and support high-quality care through teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills
 * Team player with good communication and excellent customer service skills.
 * Positive attitude towards work.
