Role and Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional learning needs
Draw on your subject expertise in Religious Studies or Sociology to encourage debate, reflection, and social awareness
Support students with both academic tasks and personal development, promoting resilience and inclusivity
Assist teachers and the SENCO in delivering tailored learning plans
Contribute to a positive classroom environment and wider school community ethos
Person Specification Degree in Religious Studies, Sociology, Theology, or a related discipline
Previous experience supporting young people desirable (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, youth groups, or community projects)
Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students
A patient, proactive graduate who is passionate about education and young peoples development
