About the Role
An established and fast-growing healthcare consultancy is seeking a Senior Health Economist to join its global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the development of economic models and value-based evidence to support pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies for biopharmaceutical and medtech clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and other health economic models (e.g., Markov, decision trees, partitioned survival models)
* Translate clinical and real-world data into robust, evidence-based models and tools
* Interpret and communicate model results to internal stakeholders, clients, and payers
* Review and critique economic evidence for HTA submissions across global markets
* Contribute to the development of global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and reimbursement submissions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical writers, researchers, statisticians, and access strategists
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients on technical and strategic project components
* Support junior team members through mentoring, training, and QC oversight
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5–8+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or market access consulting
* Proven track record in developing economic models for pharmaceutical or medtech products
* Deep knowledge of international HTA requirements (e.g., NICE, HAS, G-BA, ICER, CADTH)
* Strong technical expertise in Excel, R, or other modeling platforms (e.g., TreeAge, VBA, STATA, SAS)
* Experience leading HEOR deliverables from scoping through to client delivery
* Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable explaining economic models to technical and non-technical audiences
* Master’s or PhD in Health Economics, Health Policy, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related field required
* Experience across multiple therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, rare disease, neurology) is a plus
