The Right Person
* You will have previous residential care home management experience, either as a Deputy or Home Manager.
* You will hold your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or have an equivalent qualification such as RMA, or be working towards one.
* You will have experience working under the CQC standards.
The Package

The initial benchmark is £35k+ with additional benefits, which is competitive for the size of this small home. There is potential for negotiation for someone exceptional who performs well at interview and has the right experience.
