New Business Advisor – Milton Keynes
Job Summary
Salary: £24,950 per year
Location: Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes
Hybrid working: Minimum 60% in office
Hours / Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours a week
Responsibilities
* Respond to dealer enquiries mainly by phone.
* Enter and handle customer and dealer data via internal systems, ensuring compliance with processing procedures and response time guidelines with speed and accuracy.
* Validate customer documentation against proposal details and authorise appropriate payment to the dealer.
* Liaise closely with other business areas including Customer Services.
* Maintain understanding of FCA regulations to ensure competency in the role.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communicator with a customer service delivery mindset.
* Experience in finance or related industry is desirable.
* Understanding of FCA regulations is required.
* Ability to work efficiently in a high‑paced environment.
