The Digital Services Administrator will coordinate Digital Services administration (DS) activities throughout the department, provide site presence in the Newcastle office, and manage local resources as required. The role reports to the DS Business & Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities
* Provide efficient support to colleagues and managers within the Department by delivering a comprehensive, high quality administrative service.
* Manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
* Provide local IT troubleshooting support on an ad‑hoc basis.
* Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems.
* Support operational teams with administrative tasks and coordination.
* Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical staff.
Key Skills, Behaviours And Experience
* Good level of technical understanding with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
* Ability to prioritise and execute tasks efficiently under pressure.
* Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Proficient in managing digital storage and filing systems.
* Strong grasp of SharePoint and wider Microsoft Suite for collaboration and document management.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Meticulous and thorough in all aspects of work.
* Able to articulate operational concepts clearly to non‑technical colleagues.
* Self‑aware with excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
* Positive “can do” approach with a strong focus on delivery.
