The Role As Attendance & Pastoral Support Administrator, you will manage daily attendance procedures and work closely with Heads of Year, the safeguarding team and senior leaders to ensure accurate monitoring and timely follow-up. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing daily registers and first-day absence calls • Monitoring attendance trends and preparing weekly reports • Liaising with parents and carers regarding absence concerns • Supporting Education Welfare referrals and documentation • Maintaining accurate attendance records on the school MIS • Assisting with reintegration meetings and pastoral documentation • Supporting safeguarding record-keeping in line with statutory requirements You will be expected to handle sensitive conversations professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
