We are looking for a Multi trade operative in the Goole area to work on a permanent contract for a well-established social housing contractor. You will be working on the repairs and maintenance team, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!
As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Patch plastering
* Tiling
* Painting & Decorating
* Maintenance works in occupied properties
We are looking for a Multi trade operative who:
* Holds a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing
* Has relevant experience within social housing
* Holds a full UK driving licence
* Has their own tools
In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:
* £33,000 base salary
* £1,500 yearly productivity bonus
* Company van & fuel card
* Call out options - earn up to £9,000 extra per year
* Permanent employment
* Various other benefits
