Client Procurement Executive

Are you highly organized, client‑focused, and experienced in providing administrative support? Join our dynamic team as a Client Procurement Executive, where you’ll combine strong organizational skills with relationship management to deliver strategic purchasing solutions for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for client and supplier queries, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses.
* Provide administrative support to account managers, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating procurement activities.
* Maintain accurate supplier price files and manage procurement systems efficiently.
* Deliver clear, data‑driven insights through reporting.
* Deliver online training to clients on our procurement portal.
* Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proven experience in client service and account management support (foodservice background is a plus).
* Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Commercial and financial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of supply chain and food markets is desirable.
* Ability to work in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.
