Job Title: Account Executive, Surgery Ultrasound
Must reside in territory - Georgia
Job purpose
This position involves selling Ultrasound imaging systems, options, and service contracts to prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Develop a calling strategy with Regional Managers to maximize territory coverage and sales.
2. Prospect new customers and build relationships in hospitals and outpatient markets to sell equipment and service contracts.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and cross-sell products.
4. Collaborate with Hospital Relations Manager, National and Government Accounts to develop hospital relationships and implement sales strategies with hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, VA, and Military Centers.
5. Coordinate with Sales Administration for quotes on new equipment and options.
6. Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations with Product Managers.
7. Work with Ultrasound Marketing to develop business plans and market assessments.
8. Continuously update product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm ultrasound products.
9. Provide timely feedback on competitors, market trends, and pricing.
10. Report all account activities accurately in the CRM system.
11. Assist with accounts receivable, service contract renewals, and product performance issues.
12. Stay informed on industry trends and attend trade shows like RSNA.
13. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Experience
* Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in hospital markets, preferably with diagnostic imaging equipment or related peripheral devices.
Educational Requirements
* BA/BS degree required.
Skills and Other Requirements:
* Strong sales skills focused on customer needs, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to handle objections.
* Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
* Ability to develop long-term relationships and support teamwork.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, organize work, and support staff as needed.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
* Access to a late-model vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Physical requirements
* Work in typical office and clinical environments.
* Ability to drive a commercial van safely.
* Lift up to 35 pounds, push/pull ultrasound systems weighing up to 350 pounds.
* Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and fine motor skills.
* Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and vision requirements.
Travel
* Up to 75% travel may be required.
