Seven Nursing is looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work for the Redbridge MH Wellness Team, at Mellmead House, 4 Orchard Close, Rodney Road, Wanstead, London, E11 2DH.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 0900 – 1700 hours
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of CPA care coordinated clients. Depots, home visits, recovery-focussed activities, risk management.
Skills: MH assessment & treatment skills. Knowledge of area beneficial, use of RiO essential.
Start Date: ASAP
Applicant Requirements:
* Qualifications: A BSc (Hons) degree in Mental Health Nursing
* Experience: 1+ years working as a CPN.
* Compliance: Up to date DBS, NMC registration.
