Are you an organised administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? This is an excellent opportunity to step into a fleet-focused role within a busy transport operation.
As Fleet Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day running of the fleet by managing essential documentation, coordinating maintenance activity, ordering parts, and ensuring vehicles remain compliant and road-ready. You'll play a key role in keeping operations efficient, safe, and cost-effective.
The Role:
* Work closely with Fleet, Workshop and Transport teams
* Order parts, tyres and consumables for vehicles and trailers
* Track fuel usage, mileage and cost trends across the fleet
* Maintain service schedules, MOT/PSV dates and compliance records
* Monitor defect reports and arrange timely repairs
* Keep systems, logs and spreadsheets accurate and up to date
* General administrative support within a fast-paced transport office
The Person:
* Solid administration experience (fleet or transport experience a bonus)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using IT systems, spreadsheets and fleet software
* Strong communicator with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Interested in transport, fleet, maintenance or logistics operations
