Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team at Rollover. This is a key role supporting our sales function and owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, helping us deliver a first-class onboarding and ongoing customer experience.

What you'll be doing
1. Managing enquiries through the Sales Support mailbox and ticketing system
2. Processing new account applications and setting up customer accounts in SAP within SLA
3. Issuing and responding to payment link requests
4. Acting as the first point of contact for inbound leads
5. Managing account notifications (on-stop, takeovers, trading recommencement)
6. Creating and maintaining price files
7. Processing equipment upgrade and additional equipment requests
8. Liaising with equipment manufacturers and suppliers
