Support the required number of learners (min 3 per day) through their online induction/planning of learning visit Completion of learners' Training Plan (TP) including Skill Scan Communication of GLH, Qualification overview (KSB's), delivery model with the learner Review of initial assessment results with the learner including IAG re: ALN Overview of Functional Skills delivery and duration (inc exemptions) Undertake initial learning visit, and arrange additional learning for completion prior to Skills Coach 1st visit Actively promote, support, encourage the learner to continually update GLH learning log booklet Liaison with Skills Coach to arrange and book in 1st visit in line with the qualification delivery model, maintaining effective communication with Skills Coach to handover the newly enrolled learner Provide effective IAG service to learners Manage own time effectively to progress learners including completion of paperwork and updating of systems to minimum standards Promote Eden Training Solutions at every opportunity with learners, as well as all other internal and external parties Keep up to date with new products and services introduced by Eden to ensure knowledge is current and relevant Maintain weekly reports to update completion of appointments, booked and potential Attend internal and external meetings as required Telephone calls to external stakeholders to plan and book Induction meetings Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line management Qualifications/Skills Mandatory level qualifications AC GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths Children's Care Learning & Development (Level 3), Childcare & Education (Level 3), Early Years Care & Education (Level 3) or equivalent/higher qualification Desirable level qualifications: Foundation/honours degree in Early Childhood Studies TAQA or equivalent qualification (e.g.: D32/33, A1, CAVA) Teacher, training qualifications or equivalent (e.g.: PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, Cert-Ed) Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience of 121 teaching, learning and assessment Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and plan work to benefit organisational needs Good ICT/digital skills - Experience using learner e-portfolio systems would be beneficial Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to learn and achieve through face to face and remote media interactions Experience of Ofsted Inspection Well-developed interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Problem solving skills Honesty and reliability Ability to work to strict deadlines Supervisory experience Commitment to Equal Opportunities, Cultural Diversity and the Safety, Health and Welfare of self and others Working as part of a wider team Other requirements Full enhanced DBS check Our Benefits: 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays Health Cash Plan, once you've passed probation, which includes access to a private GP From day 1, free life insurance covering up to x4 your salary We'll both add money into your pension pot after 3 months Choose what flexible benefits you want after you've passed probation - this could be buying extra holiday, dental, topping up your healthcare plan, bikes, gym membership, electric cars and give as you earn Learning and development opportunities Volunteer days - 3 paid volunteer days a year, with 2 dedicated to Education By joining us, you will become part of a community that is dedicated to transforming lives and sustaining communities, where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your individuality is celebrated.
