The Role of a Luxury Sales Associate:

* Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to exceed client expectations.

This is an opportunity to be the face of a global luxury brand, working in a high-end retail environment where attention to detail and passion for excellence are essential. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will build relationships with customers, maintain store visual standards, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner to provide a world-class shopping experience.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
* Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including the craftsmanship, materials, and design features of luxury leather goods.
* Assist clients in making purchasing decisions by offering product recommendations and styling advice.
* Achieve individual and store sales targets by effectively utilizing selling techniques.
* Maintain store visual standards and merchandising to reflect brand guidelines and ensure a luxury environment.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, fostering a positive shopping experience.
* Participate in store events, promotions, and clienteling initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to luxury retail.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a high-end customer service environment is essential.
* Strong understanding of and passion for luxury brands, fashion, and leather goods.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store presentation.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.
* Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
