In this fast‑paced production environment, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of products through the entire production cycle, ensuring we meet customer delivery expectations and internal targets. What You’ll Do Create & Maintain Production Schedules Schedule and coordinate production lines, considering constraints such as material availability, labuor, and engineering requirements. Plan and issue shop orders to ensure production meets all deadlines. Use Resources Effectively Work with internal teams to forecast and plan production. Ensure labour and materials are utilized in the most cost-effective way. ⚠️ Respond Quickly to Production Issues Identify risks early and take action to minimize schedule disruption. Provide realistic and timely solutions to production challenges. Drive Continuous Improvement Analyze reports and production performance to recommend improvements. Support and maintain the OEE reporting process. Lead follow‑up actions relating to schedule attainment. Use ERP/MRP Systems to Schedule & Report Use IFS (MRP) and internal IT systems to maintain accurate production data. Process and adjust production orders, communicating any variances. Ensure all processes meet agreed standards and contribute to continuous improvements. Support S&OP and Cross-Functional Teams Provide operational support to the S&OP team and wider business. Troubleshoot issues and communicate measured, practical solutions. Undertake ad hoc duties when required. What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills Strong IT skills; in-depth knowledge of ERP/MRP systems preferred. Experience in problem solving within a production or supply chain environment. Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control. Knowledge of supply chain processes and their interdependencies. Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment is advantageous. Personal Attributes A collaborative and proactive team player. Highly organized and results-driven.
