The Role: What We’re Looking For We need Level 3 Teaching Assistants who are: • Creative, reflective, and resilient• Skilled in positive behaviour management and solution-focused thinking • Proactive team players with a growth mindset • Passionate about supporting young people with SEND The working hours for the role are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8.50am – 3.40pm & Wednesday 8.50am – 4.40pm. On occasional Wednesdays there are extended CPD sessions until 5.45pm.
