Attachments Fitter
Bridgewater Competitive Salary Fusion People are recruiting for an Attachments Fitter to join our client’s growing attachments division. This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery, installation and maintenance of excavator attachments, ensuring a high standard of service to customers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver and install attachments on customer sites
2. Attend breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs
3. Adjust excavator flow and pressure settings to suit attachments (training provided)
4. Carry out maintenance and repairs on hire fleet equipment
5. Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop and yard
About You:
6. Experience with hydraulic excavator attachments or construction equipment
7. Good understanding of heavy plant machinery
8. Full clean driving licence
9. Strong communication skills and team-focused attitude
10. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
