Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems to monitor and report Investment Project and Repair Costs.
* Analyse contractor and supplier pricing submissions to ensure value for money and alignment with the schedule of rates.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for projects (repairs).
* Track and report on cost performance, identifying risks, variances, and opportunities for savings.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate project costing and service delivery.
What You’ll Bring
