About Aico, Mercur & AARO

Aico, Mercur, and AARO are leaders in Intelligent Finance Automation, Consolidation, and Performance Management, empowering finance teams with cutting-edge solutions for financial close, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, and budgeting. As we expand across key markets, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across three complementary brands in the finance automation and performance management space.


Role Summary

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving lead generation, optimising the marketing and sales funnel, and scaling revenue opportunities across international markets. You will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage webinars and events to engage target audiences, and refine digital strategies to maximise performance across all three brands.

We are looking for you who love turning ideas into results – balancing creativity with data to make a real difference. With your experience in B2B demand generation, HubSpot CRM, and digital growth, you’ll play a key role in driving success across our brands.


Key Responsibilities

* Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across Aico, Mercur, and AARO to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
* Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Meet quarterly MQL and SAL targets through high-quality demand generation programs.
* Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Optimise lead acquisition, scoring, nurture, and sales handoff to ensure conversion efficiency.
* Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Leverage HubSpot CRM for campaign automation, lead management, and performance tracking.
* Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI, sharing insights with leadership.
* Webinars & Events: Plan and manage webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences to strengthen awareness and engagement.
* Webinars & Events: Collaborate with internal SMEs and partners to deliver compelling event content.
* Webinars & Events: Manage event promotion, registration workflows, and post-event nurturing to maximise lead impact.
* Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM: Develop and optimise SEO strategies to increase visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
* Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM: Manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social channels.
* Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM: Deliver targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and progression through the funnel.
* Content & Design: Collaborate with agencies and internal marketing teams to develop high-value content for campaigns.
* Content & Design: Design campaign and event assets (ads, visuals, presentations) using Canva or Adobe.
* Content & Design: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Aico, Mercur, and AARO marketing initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS/technology preferred).
* Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, automation, and reporting tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, optimise, and communicate performance.
* Demonstrated success in running webinars, events, and conferences that drive pipeline impact.
* Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital demand channels.
* Design proficiency using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
