The Opportunity
As a New Business Account Manager, your focus will be on pure new business generation and cold outreach — you do not need to bring any existing accounts or portfolio.
You’ll be a key driver of growth, identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and opening doors for tailored IT solutions that deliver real impact.
This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone hungry to build a career in tech sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively generating new business opportunities (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking)
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline from scratch
Engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Running consultative conversations to uncover business needs
Working closely with technical teams to shape tailored solutions
Keeping CRM and pipeline reporting accurate and up to dateWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
Strong confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting
Target-driven, resilient mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
