The Role
As Head of Marketing & Admissions, you will take a strategic lead in shaping and delivering the schools’ brand, reputation, and student recruitment initiatives. This multifaceted role combines creativity with operational leadership and will see you working closely with senior leadership to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated marketing and admissions strategies to attract and retain pupils
* Lead the full admissions journey, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families
* Craft compelling stories and content for a range of channels including social media, digital platforms, print, advertising, and PR
* Maintain and evolve the schools’ websites and social presence to reflect the vibrancy and values of the schools
* Collaborate with the Heads and wider leadership team to strengthen the schools’ presence within the local and wider educational communities
* Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, from prospectuses to newsletters and digital campaigns
* Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness

* Proven experience in marketing and admissions within the independent education sector
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to content creation and campaign delivery

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with prospective families and internal stakeholders
