Ready to take the lead on one of the most exciting fragrance portfolios in the UK market? We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to drive our retail strategy, strengthen key customer partnerships and unlock big growth—particularly across our high‑profile Boots business.
This is a high‑impact role where you’ll shape strategy, own customer relationships, and play a pivotal part in delivering the UK fragrance vision. You’ll also manage and develop a National Account Executive, helping elevate performance across smaller fragrance accounts.
This is the perfect role for a high‑potential NAM ready to step up, or a seasoned SNAM seeking a fresh challenge in a fast‑paced, dynamic business.
What you’ll be doing
* Own retail + net sales performance and deliver against ambitious KPIs
* Build and implement strategic account plans that maximise growth
* Lead Boots fragrance strategy—driving category expansion and new opportunities
* Deliver sharp weekly reporting packed with insight and commercial recommendations
* Maintain accurate forecasting and robust P&L management
* Drive distribution, visibility and promotional effectiveness across all channels
* Lead range reviews—space, listings, VM and negotiation
* Ensure flawless execution of promotions both online and in‑store
* Build powerful internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Prepare and lead retailer strategy meetings and workshops
* Coach and develop your NAE to deliver brilliant results
What you’ll bring
* A driven, commercially minded salesperson with a track record of success
* Strong fragrance/beauty or wider health & beauty experience
* Proven experience managing major retail accounts—Boots essential
* Analytical strength, high numeracy, and confidence with Excel & PowerPoint
* Clear communication, strong influencing skills, and a flair for creative problem‑solving
* Leadership experience preferred (but not essential)
* Degree‑level education
