Drive Regional Growth Across the North
We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (North) to supercharge property recruitment and retention across our northern brands: Lakelovers, Lake District Lodge Holidays, Yorkshire Coastal Cottages, and Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages.
You'll lead impactful, ROI-driven marketing that delivers high‑quality owner and property leads -shaping local strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable growth.
What You Need To Know:
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Location: The role can be based in the Lake District, Yorkshire or Northumbria. Hybrid working is available, remote-first working available for the right candidate, with travel to brand areas as required.
About The Regional Marketing Manager Role:
This role is about more than campaigns, it's about driving sustainable regional growth.
You'll lead marketing activity to generate high-quality property and owner leads, ensuring the right lead mix to meet business goals. Working closely with property recruitment teams and regional brand stakeholders, you'll create campaigns with clear, evidence-based ROI.
You'll collaborate with fellow Regional Marketing Managers and Head Office Marketing to share insight, optimise performance, and maximise impact across the North.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop day-to-day regional marketing activity to hit property lead targets.
Plan, deliver and analyse seasonal and reactive campaigns with clear ROI measurement.
Monitor acquisition performance and report on funnel metrics and conversion.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal cost per lead.
Motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Oversee social media strategy and strengthen local brand presence.
Build regional audiences and support events to generate new leads.
Manage email marketing and owner database activity in line with GDPR.
Continuously review processes to improve efficiency, performance and compliance.

An experienced marketing leader who blends creativity with commercial thinking.
You're confident leading teams, managing budgets, and driving performance through data. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, align marketing with business goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

IT literate and quick to learn new systems and tools.
Experience marketing distinctive brand propositions.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Full driving licence.
Desirable Experience
Conflict resolution training or experience.
Strong knowledge of the Lake District, Yorkshire Coast or Northumbria.
