Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will include:
* Providing optimum quality of care to patients
* Offering support to the multi-professional team
* Taking responsibility for an identified area on a regular shift
* Administer medications in alignment with NMC standards of proficiency and Trust policy and procedure.
* Playing an integral role in the delivery of Care Benchmarking activities and Trust specific CQUINS targets
* Participating in audits

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Foundation Degree in Nursing.
* GCSE/Functional skills in English & Maths level 2
* Trained Nursing Associate
* Registered with the NMC.
* Knowledge of Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance
Knowledge
* Understand requirements for NMC professional revalidation
* Professional Portfolio and Interview
Skills
* Willingness to develop own practice
