As a Sales Consultant in your local store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on Sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs, giving them that perfect night's sleep every night. We offer full training and support to set you up for success so you can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and advise them on Sleep wellness products.
* Maintain store appearance, ensuring the store looks fresh, clean and tidy.
* Assist customers in selecting the right sleep products for their needs.
* Be available for evenings, weekends and bank holidays during peak trade hours.
* Add overtime when necessary and claim weekend days back.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and sleep technology.
Qualifications
* Previous customer‑facing role.
* Confident communication skills and ability to spot sales opportunities.
* Resilient and resourceful, willing to try new things to help store succeed.
* Can adapt approach to meet customer's needs.
Work Hours
The role requires availability during evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with overtime available at times. Full training is provided.

Compensation
Base salary plus OTE based on targets. No upper limit on earnings. Monthly store bonus potential when the store achieves its target.
